Attendees will be responsible for making room reservations individually within the event room block. Standard room rates begin at $187/night plus taxes and fees. Reservation deadline is November 4, 2024.

The night of December 3 has tight availability at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. Those interested in attending are encouraged to make room reservations as soon as possible.

The Inn at Opryland will serve as an overflow property for the Innovations event. It is conveniently situated across the street from the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center. A complimentary shuttle serves the two properties, and weather permitting, it is a nice 10-minute walk. Rooms are available December 3 through December 6 at a rate of $187/night plus taxes and fees. Reservation deadline is November 4, 2024.

Call for Presentations

For the 2024 conference, presenters will have the attention of all conference attendees – no concurrent sessions will be held.  Requests for proposals including Outdoor Equipment Demonstrations, General Session Oral Presentations and Poster Presentations are welcomed for consideration.
